[PSP] GTA: VSC Building

Welli was playing on a saved game i downloaded for gta vcs
And i came across a building witch at the top of it, it looked like you could go through it and you could smash windows so i got a little willie (small helicopter) and shot the windows and went in one of the floors

I was wondering what this is for..
And is there a proper entrance?

Its where that red square is and at top of building

didnt even know there was a building there lol and i dont know

I'm guessing something for a mission?

maybe you are susposed to jump from it in a mission and destorying the window will make it easier to jump from?
