Few weeks ago, I started noticing a lump immediately above my penis (on the right side). It doesn't hurt and it comes and goes at random times. It becomes big when I'm physically active and there's nothing every morning when I wake up to shower. I did some short research, apparently, semen was building up there so basically the cure is to masturbate. How awesome is this?
