[REQ]Custom Vendors

I need Custom vendors who works with newest NCDB.
And they dont drop txt "You don't have enough money." But its free ;D i have Attached Pic wer it says xD
Sou Can somebody help me !
Dont psot txt search in Forum or find script file for no price !

i think you would have to make a script or edit one of the database files or edit the npc_text database in SQLYog
