Public Room Doesn't Work !

Hello i have built a HabboHotel with Hamachi And Debbo 3.5 and the public room and Categories Room Doesn't Work. I need help with that and if someone know how i make Retro without hamaachi please tell me :)
i have tried to read some tutorial but they doesn'nt work.
