[Ascent]all NPC's on harddrugs or something

All my NPC's are running like they are scared of something (speed 255)

and also they do the moonwalk,, I tryed to tell them they aren't
Micheal Jackson but they still do it,,

so how do I fix this?

oh and all my quests give name 0 but DB is normal??
