[Tutorial]Change refination rate

Open your tmsrv.exe with a hex codes editor (recomed: WorkShop v.5.0)

ctrl+f and check the box "Find all instances" and put to search the hex value "6400" (without ") and the results stay in the red box in the screen:

in the results of the search you have to search a lot of "6400" together like this screen:

In the screen above the codes with a BLACK sublines are the rate of ORI refination

The codes with RED sublines are the rate of LAC rafination.

To change the rate you have to think a percent (%) of 1~100 to put rate, after, get the hex value correspond for the percent numer with you think.

example: i want to put the rates of ORI for 50%.

50 in hex: 3200.

I have to put in the "ORI codes" 3200 0000 3200 0000 3200....

Its function in this form: first code rate and then a nulled slot, example: 3200 0000

The first slot is the +1, the second is the +2, the third +3, ....

If you want to put the ORI refination +1 ~+9 you have to put the hex codes in the first ORI slot yet the ultimate ORI slot.
