WoW: 1.12.x server

Hello. I would like to get help with 1.12.x server. Does someone has some good server packs for 1.12.x? I heard that 1.12.x had so little amount of bugs in late days of World of Warcraft before BC anyway I want to put up a server into school's dorm and I'm asking for little help and advice about it.
First should be: What kind of emu I should use?->Does someone have a pack?
