[360] Halo 3 Doubles Tournament

Hello there fellow RZers. Moofin (gt:Steade Bonette) and I (gt:Konrow), would like to start up a little tourny for all the Halo 3 players out there. What we're proposing is a Team Doubles Tournament with hopefully up to 8 teams played on 3 maps (most likely custom). Now, what we need, is 7 other teams to join us in this tournament. So if you are interested and willing to join, please post here. You don't have to have a team. Just post as a single and then make a team with whoever else here needs a teammate.

Time: Friday to Sunday 3/21-3/23 (Exact time has to be worked out)
Maps: Guardian, High Ground and Narrows (Should be available by the end of today on Moofin's File Share)
Game Type: Slayer
What we need: Teams to play.

How to Download:

There are two ways of downloading the game variant and the maps.

• Add "Steade Bonnete" to your friendlist. (All participants are required to add me and Konrow to their friend list.) Once you have my gamertag added, go online on Halo 3. Press "Y" once the game loads to view your friends. Scroll down and select my gamertag. You'll find these two options: "Halo 3 Service Record" and "Halo 3 Fileshare" while viewing my gametag. Select the fileshare option, and download all the slots.

• You can also click on the picture link below which will redirect you to my Bungie Flieshare Page. In order to view the page, you need to be logged in with your Windows Live ID. Once you log in, click the Download to Halo 3 option. The next time you go online on Halo 3, the game variant and the maps will download automatically.

Uhm how good do you have to be? Because im 50 on 3 accounts (I boost allot of people) and i got tons of good people so does it matter how good you are? Other then that I will join this tourney.

Outsiders are not allowed in this tournament. This tournament is only for members of the RZ community. We don't have any other requirements.

Right now who wants to be mah partner lol?

Updated the second post with game variant and maps.

There are currently six of us excluding me and Konrow who have shown interest in the tournament. We still need eight more players. You guys have to sort out the teams, we won't be doing that for you. I suggest you start checking out some stats for the gamertag listed above at Bungie and private message the user to arrange some gaming sessions. It is important that you known your partner before going against another team.

I'll be adding everyone who have posted above to my friend list, to keep you guys informed on the tournament.

You mean the Trial of Gold ? If thats what you mean, then yes you can play, providing it doesnt run out before the Tournament Begins.

Several weapons have been removed and added. Many respawn points have been moved as well to balance out both teams equally.

Gohan, so far it doesn't look like we'll have it Friday. Saturday is for sure though.

Yea, Saturday seems good for everyone. We need "everyone" tho. As in 14 people aka 7 teams other than Moofin and I. Please try to spread it to anyone 360 users you know on RZ.

We need people to sign up first and then we will have to decide times. It seems we don't have enough people yet, so i guess we'll have to change the date and everything

First of all, I would like to apologize to everyone. I ask for your forgiveness. Events surrounding my personal life made it impossible for me to get on my PC or my 360 for the past few weeks. However everything has settled down.

I'll be private messaging everyone to see if they are still interested in the tournament. Konrow and I will work out a new date. I'll be sure that nothing interferes with the tournament this time.
