I've got a 24/2,5Mbit line and I get 19/2,7 out of it so I can do better :) Upgrade you too and you'll get the same speeds!
LOL, I'm downloading with 5-9mb/s, upload with 300kb-3mb/s.

It depends on your seeds as well. It would only be safe to determine if everyone was downloading the same file at the same time.
