Uhm, not to disapoint you, and i dont know if im right,
but looks like the motherboard uses socket AM2+ and the processor uses AM2.
I duno if there's a difference,
but anyways, looks like a great gamerpc :)

yeah am2+ cpu's will work in am2 sockets too, so i think im alright on that, the Am2+ one is only used by phenom at the moment, which i may upgrade to at a later date (one bonus of having the motherboard as the most expensive part of a system)

I'd go for an Intel :P E21xx ftw! Also you could spend a little more on a gfx card if you want to be able to play anything.

To be fair the most challenging thing this comp is gonna have to do is play dawn of war, other than that it'll be msn. Otherwise i would've payed more.
