Simply right click the file,
Unlock,
Delete,
Problem Solved.
it says i need permission to delete and im the administer of the comp
The unlocker should bypass that, did you download it?
If not try deleting the contents of the file
just delete everything.
Just press delete, accept every message
Just delete the entire WINDOWS folder if you have to...
