SCFMT Cracked Release Setup Guide

SCFMT Season 3 Episode 2

Hello everyone I am going to explain how to set up your Season III episode 2 Server. Many have requested this so here goes hope you all can understand.


1) Downloading the server files.
2) Restoring Databases.
3) Changing IPs.
4) Editing Sql Passwords
5) Starting Server
6) Configuring Client
7) Credits

Requirements
1) Server Repack by me Check Release Section for udpates
Server Files Mirror 1 SCFRepackV1.0.1.rar - FileFront.com
Server Files Mirror 2 RapidShare: 1-Click Webhosting

2) Mssql 2000 or 2005 I will post link soon.


1)Download

Download the Server Repack and extract to C:\MuServer or D:\MuServer

2)Restoring Databases

After you have Installed Mssql you need to start the service Manager. start->All Programs->Microsoft Sql Server->Service Manager.
Start the service.
Now open Enterprise manager and click
Sql Server Group->(Local)->Databases.
Right Click on Databases and Select "New Database"
Name:MuOnline
Press ok

Do the same for MuOnline_Ranking, MuOnline_Event,SCFMuTeam
Now you have 4 Databases


Right Click the Database "MuOnline"
Select All Tasks->Restore Database
Now Select the options "From Device"
Click "Select Devices"
In File name locate C:\MuServer\DBBAKS\MuOnline.bak
Push Ok Twice
Now Select Options
Tick Force Restore over Existing Databases
And change the "Restore As" Parameters for both to

Code:

C:\MuServer\DB\MuOnline_Data1.MDF
C:\Muserver\DB \MuOnline_Log1.LDF

Press Ok
Succesfully Added

Do this for the 3 Remaining Databases just Select the right backup from DBBAKS.

Go to C:\MuServer\DBBAKS and run the ODBC Reg

3)Configuring Ip's
This is the most important as some people have trouble Getting their server to run properly with season 3 episode 2.

Firstly Lets Configure the Connect Server. Go to C:\MuServer\bin\Data\ServerList.dat
Configure Like this

Change WanIp to your Global Ip Address, You may put your No-ip address but may not work for some people. Save and Close

Next go to
C:\MuServer\Data\Commonserver.cfg
Leave all ip as 127.0.0.1 or Your local Ip Address

Next
C:\MuServer\Data\Iplist.dat
Leave ip as 127.0.0.1 or your Local Ip Address

Next
C:\MuServer\Mapserverinfo.dat

Change WanIp to Global Ip or No-ip
TIP:With these files its very usefull to have Static Ip instead of no-ip.

DO THE SAME ABOVE SETINGS FOR
C:/MuServer\GameServer_CS\Data\
Edit Mapserverinfo.dat, MapserverInfoCS.dat and Iplist.dat


Next
C:\MuServer\Data\Serverinfo.dat

Code:

ConnectMemberLoad    = 0

Make sure Server Code is same as the ones in Mapserverinfo.dat and your Connect Server list.

Now go to
C:\MuServer\DataServer1\AllowableIPList.txt
Leave 127 0 0 1 255
Do this for C:\MuServer\DataServer2\AllowableIPList.txt

Next go to C:\MuServer\Gameserver\SCF_Connect.ini
Change the 127.0.0.1 to Local Ip or leave as it is.
Also change the Password to your Mssql Password and account Sa

Go to C:\MuServer\GameServer\Data\ServerInfo.dat
Make Same as we previously edited in Data.

Now go to C:\MuServer\Gameserver_cs\GameServerCS\SCF_Connect.ini
Leave Ip as 127.0.0.1 or Local Ip and Change your password to your Mssql Pasword.

Go to C:\MuServer\Gameserver_cs\GameServerCS\Data\ServerInfo.dat
Leave Server Code as 19 same as Mapserverinfo.dat and Connect Server.

Now We need to edit the Configurations that Load the Version of the server so Lets go to

C:\MuServer\SCFData\SCF_Common.ini
Change to these settings

To Conclude the Ip Settings Go to
C:\MuServer\Startup.ini
Leave all 127.0.0.1 Settings as is or change to local Ip
Change all Wan IP settings to Your Global Ip or no-ip for Some.

Next Go to C:\MuServer\Links\Gameserver.exe
Right Click select Properties
In Target box

If you Use D: drive change to D: in Start box as well

Now for GameServer_cs.exe
Right Click select Properties
In Target box

4)Mssql Passwords
Thes files you Must Edit with your Account:Sa and password:Your Sql Pass

C:\MuServer\GameServer_cs\GameServerCS\

-Leave Ip 127.0.0.1
C:\MuServer\SCF-Programs\Vip System Manager
-SCFVipManager.ini
-127.0.0.1


5)Starting Server

With everything configured we can now load the server.

First of all We must Load the Database Managers
C:\MuServer\SCF-Programs\SCFdbManager\SCFdb Manager.exe

Now Run the MuServerStartup from C:\MuServer\
When fully loaded
Go to C:\MuServer\Links\
Open Both GameServer.exe and then GameServer_cs.
Tip: You may add these to the start up if you like.

Your server Should be Succesfully started.


6)Configuring Client
I Recommend You use My Client as it is Configured with the latest fixes That I have Released.

I wrote this Guide in an hour so if it is unclear and missing stuff please post and I will correct my post and I will make changes. This configuration does work because I have run for 24/7 this server and it works with no Disconnection.

NOTE: The cracked Files will have Bugs, If you want Fully Bugless Then I Recommend you buy the files From SCFMT as they are very good files.

To what number I must set the Server Code, because the Game Server is giving me error about it?
And my connect server can't connect to the Join Server and the GS.
But The JoinServer is connecting to the GS. Any ideas what is wrong with it?

can u upload the client 1.04X to other mirror? i have problem access it in filefront.

i tried patch it to hastemu client(1.04V).But once i started the ip-edited main.exe, it boot me back to desktop in the loading screen. This happen to all 1.04X main .

Currently i am using darkMu client (version 1.04.21/1.04X.no3d.no.mini.map) i found some problem when warping my character to kanturu. and i dont have the valley of loren in the warp list. Can u add some guide on how to fix this?

P.S: i have also tried the 1.04X patch with minimap. but somehow there is no valley of loren in the warp list. and i cannt warp to kanturu as well.
P.s: why gm character cannot warp? any pointer to troubleshoot?

lol, gm character have his own move, he move with /move or /gmove and map coordinates

As We all Know That all Muserver can only have 30 warps, This is my own warp configuration because ppl can warp crywolf and walk out ^^, I have added Illusion Temple warp Even tho it doesnt work!!.

Becuase 1.04X have the new warp menu Layout and you will get movereq errors if there is not more than 30.

I dont know how to use SCF_Vip.ini feature in GameServer folder. Can u teach me?

I have bug :

Mu server start up : OK !

gameserver and gameserver_cs : OK !

But, when i connect on server i can't select server , he hides

Ip configuration Connect Server isnt showing your serverlist, check the serverlist.dat is exactly same with correct server codes as mapserverinfo.dat

When I open SCF editor it says an error,like it's not trusted.

I've had a similar problem in the past and had to reinstall the SQL.

your DSL like router or like bridge? you open some ports? you made some changes on hosts file? you use Microsoft Loopback Adapter? use launcher?

normaly ur rotuer is on http://192.168.1.1 some are http://192.168.2.1 (username can very from: no username to password admin or username Admin and pw Admin

Go there and open ports 55901-55906 and 44405 (find ur lan ip not ur internet ip)

hope this helps a little and make sure if u have a reg firewall u allow it through

One question mate, i did realize that if someone moves to Arena, they cant like move :p cuz its outside of the area, how can i make it.. so its like.. when someone moves to arena it goes to the place were u can actually move xD?

hey. just download the gate/moveq patch.

it have areana2 which tele inside arean.

Where is that patch? (The patch at front page of this Thread just includes MiniMap etc)

Excellent Guide man, I made a test server just for fun, and is working perfectly except for some bugs.... but I really don't care :P

omg i have a big bug, when i go with blader or other, all is fine but when i use like twisting slash longer time the gameserver crashes! i wonder why? same thing with summoner skilss too!

it bcoz your a 3rd Class..
and if you wan to show your Level.. Check to your Website in [ Online Players ] so you can know what Level your Char..

but if we change to ep1 it will show ? and does scfdbmanager needs to be copied in gameservers folders ? sorry bad english :D

what that SCFdb manager do actually? when i launch it, it just stays in standby mode! no reactions from it when i launch other files! do it has to be like that?

When running MuServer start-up when it gets to running dataserver1 i get an Error::Skill File Not Found . At that point the server start-up seems to just idle. I have re-installed 3 times step by step before comming here to ask for help . Any ideas whats wrong ??? Help Plz .

2. all character can use m to move to arena, but cant enter or move, only stay at entrance co-ordinate
3. cant move to Refuge map.

1. Now you must add durability for the item. for create items is [TYPE INDEX LVL OPT LUCK SKILL DUR EXC]
taking ur example, should be: /item 0 24 13 7 1 1 250 63 (If you put 999 instead 250 or any number above you will get the maximum durability for the item also OPT is after lvl.

2. Please be a little more specific, if the user can't move then check the gates coordinates.

3. Review gate.bmd and gate.txt (I'm working on this)

4. First see SCF_Commands:

[Warehouse]
SCFIsMultiWarehouse=1
SCFMaxWarehouseNum=2

Command is /Vault

Hey all Ok I have updated the Download links with my latest serverfiles. I use these files on my own server and they work great. Has Manashield fix and will not crash the server.

Thx Der_Meister. Fo Items drop working good. But still have problem w multivault.I checked SFD_Commands, everything is same like urs post. /Vault 1 command not working. Do i have to use other thing like create or make 2nd vault? (this is noob question becoz didn't play any server have multivault before).I used other World 7 and arena working good ^_^

I have a problem too, im brand new to the MU Community and am trying to use your files to make a server, now i set it up exactly as u said, but in my C:\MuServer\ there is no MapServerInfo.dat ... also when i try to start the MUServerStartUp it will run until the autorun timer gets to 0 and then will say "joinserver.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." can anyone help me with this?

@gzuz: MapServerInfo.dat in folder: MuServer\data. Try to setup everything again.

hi i have a problem...i start scf db manager and server start up...but when i start gameserver is nothing happening..appear white window and stay like this...and when i look on task manager gameserver.exe use more than 50% processor and over 300 memory...i have amd dual core and 1 gb ram..please tell me where is the problem

I have the same problem of white screen when running GS during recent a month !!!
But I found a solution. Maybe you guys deleted 2 folders Jpn and Vtm in data/lang right?
Just copy folder data/lang/Kor to another 2 and name them to Jpn and Vtm. Then you need to change the file name inside each of these new folder to match with Jpn and Vtm. Then the GS works normally now !!!!

ok so mister wings you cant answer? why i gameserver dont working? i made all like you said but when i start gameserver nothing happening just white screen..but maybe is better to wait a new release..someone to know how to explain better

I have followed this guide and works..

Be sure to run:
1. the scfdbmanager
2. the mu-start-up
3. gameserver link
4. gameserver_cs link

try to manually run the 2 gameservers (gs/gs_cs) after the muserver start-up

client links dead.. =( i need it

I have same problem too

ok so i ask someone to help me..a real coder not anybody...so i downloaded this server file..i follow server guide step by step..and finnaly when i start server...gameserver is give me error..gs has encountered a problem and needs to close...a "smart" guy told me i am deleted folders Vtm and Jpn from data/lang but this server have just Kor in lang...my pc is good i have amd dual core and 3 Gb of RAM..i have static ip...i dont understand..where is the problem? maybe a good coder can look carefully to this guide and tell if wingsofhell maybe wrong somthing cause im not only me who have this error many people have it..but it seems wingsofhell cant respond to give an explanation...OH MY GOD WHEN WE WILL HAVE A S3 EP 2 GUIDE WHO WORK 100%??
