[Help] About New Custome!!!

Any ragezone's brothers can share this custome!!!
I have try to edit .X file but it won't works!!
I hope some expert can help and share it out

Sorry we dont have any complete database for EP4 and the proper game.exe for it.

i think we don't need the database of EP4 to work it cause i saw it in Ran Ph that there is already a costume like that with extrawing.. and they still in EP3 right?

Then if it's in EP3 ran PH? That won't be too hard?

i do agree with sir smarkies, we need proper game.exe

i have surfing some post in rz ....
some one can make this , he has posted the pic in rz...)without using Ep4 game.exe
