It is unfortunately my last duty here as a ragezone moderator to inform you all that Daniel James A.K.A Mental the owner of ragezone was recently pronounced as dead.
From what I know so far it was down to a fire started by one of his guitar amps, the smoke killed him in his sleep so I guess at least it was a painless death just pretty horrific :(
Daniel has not been around ragezone much recently due to working so hard with his band irl, its through the drummer of the band i found out, he was basically phoning everyone in Dans mobile asking if they were a friend and passing the news on.
Daniel was a fantastic friend of mine and I had the great honour to meet him at my house during the last rageparty, he will be sorely missed and i ask you please for a minute of silence today at mid day to show your respects.
Unfortunately as Dan was the owner of ragezone we will be closed soon after his payments to the host expire. it my our plan to buy the ragezone.com domain when that expires and we will get the site running again, unfortunately that is not untill around 5 months time.
mental was a great friend to many of us here, anyone who was at the rageparty and knew him like i did, guys im fucking sorry, i cant believe hes gone.
