[Help] Internet +LAN + Dynamic IP = PROBLEM

Hi i have one problem, how i need to set up my ip's ???(i have Dynamic IP, and use DynDns). On my server everywere 127.0.0.1 only in CS my WAN IP? from internet its work? but on LAN don't work (when somebody click on the server - DS) help me please (when i have ST Anticheat i dont have problem like this!)

I made two launchers for LAN and second for internet!

i forgot, wnen on CS WAN IP peaple can join from internet, but from LAN no, and if on CS LAN ip, people from LAN can abd from internet can't ((((
