change from the congis the min protocol
Gameserver>Config>Server
Go there to change it.
put it MIN=1, MAX=999, and you never will have it problems with it...

Yes this is the easy method but not recommended because its not secure.I recommend you to download the system with revision 737 or go to system and change system protocol from dllQuote:
