[Help] Cant Debug my DLL!

Hi,
i tried to make my first DLL and i read the guide by CHRIS05 "How create a DLL" after i finish write the H file and the CPP file i try to debug my dll(tried to compile him) so after i press debug and select the gs.. i get this error

i dont have a gameserver.ini in my code and i just want to compile this DLL
i dont really need this i just learin how to make dll and how to hook him!

So please SOM1 know how to compile the code and get the DLL file????

BTW1: IM using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008!

but its crep ithink he know what is Null and exit process!
