[Help]CS:S Cheap server

Hi all.
Im not sure if this belongs to ragezone, but this is really the only forum i know xD

Anywyas, back to thread.

Im planning on buying/Renting a CS:S server.
But im new into this hosting thing, and i dont know what to choose, and i thoguht here on rz, there must be atleast 1 css server hoster ;)

The server configs should be something like this:

CS:S server.
24/7 Customer service.
10-12 slots.
Tickrate 33 or 66.
unlimited brandwidth.
VAC enabled
FTP to upload custom mods/maps

My budget is only $20-25USD a month (But if the price is 30 it isnt a big deal)

Any suggestions where i could host ?

I did search on google, but i dont know what configs and such i have to look for :)

And mods, sry again, but i dont know if im allowed to post such things here on rz ^^ So just delete if im not ;)

2 Hours isn't really a decent timeframe to give us a chance to reply.

You could probably host your own 10 slot server from home without too many issues.

Anyways, problem is, my mom wont allow my pc to be on 24/7 :/

And anyways, my pc isnt the best there is, and i'd like to play on my own server too ^^

bo buy a 2nd hand used pc with ddr2 ram support - so p4 2-3ghz in uk you can buy one for about 70
