Seems like a pretty pointless question... It's an oxymoron. A contradiction in itself.... Either that or the answer is everything is destroyed sept for the indestructable building.... But really its a contradiction in itself.

I think that the building is already destroyed therefore indestructable because you cant destroy something that is already destroyed. So if a bomb hits it, it will be the same (destroyed).
or
The bomb can be traveling very slowly and doesnt explode when it hits the building (because it was barely moving) so nothing happens it just leans against the wall.
the bomb is a dud, therefore the building survives
the bomb blows up, shattering all the glass in the building, the glass in turn shreds all life in the building, and all life on the planet, at which point noone is alive and cares if the bulding is standing or not.
