Re: On St George's Day, EU wipes England off map
This is something I'd like to see :roll1:
England split up into three different zones? Yes the English would be cheesed off, but what would happen to Westminister, the UK Government and the devolved governments of Scotland and Northern Ireland?

Quite dissapointing i though we were getting kicked out of the european union (Then we wouldnt have to pay VAT and things would be a hell of alot cheaper :D)

Re: On St George's Day, EU wipes England off map
These are funding zones, not new countries you morons. No maps are going to be changed, no sovereignty is going to be lost and the UK will not magically disappear. This is just yet more shamelessly irrational EU scaremongering by the right wing press, and you all fell for it hook, line and sinker. The EU is a good thing, get over it.

What the hell is VAT?
Don't ask him, he obviously doesn't know either.

VAT = Value Added Tax. In the UK, if you are over 18 you must pay tax. Or alternatively, things like food and childrens' clothes are tax-free, but cars, bulk goods etc have a cap of 17.5% VAT. All tax from VAT goes directly into the government's cauffers

No, we'll go back to the House of Commons and laugh at Gordon Brown getting slagged by David Cameron whilst we drink tea and eat crumpets, followed by a portion of fish 'n' chips. Traditional British values, stereotyped, ofc.
