[HELP] gunz server error

i make a server using this guide:

and when i try to log into the server
i get this error:

plz help =D

I believe that means "Cannot Acess Server"
Double check if u putted the right IPs & Ports in ur dbo.ServerStatus.
In MatchServer & Locator.
