I know you need pictures in your album. I do, and I see no option where I can add a background image. It's probably unlocked to Omega and up only.
If you go to customize profile then you get font family, text color, border color and background color, right from background color is a box for background image. You should be able to see that.

It's just that profiles are something I'll never browse for fun and when I visit one for necessary information thanks to all the different layouts it'll be more difficult to lay my eyes on whatever I'm looking for. Besides, this mod your profile thing has a thick Habbo smell to it. Buying custom furni for my profile page!
