[RELEASE]Newbie Server Release + 4 Clicks 'n Go version

Well i am new to Eudemons as server developer, im usualy on Wow and L2 but i like this game and im gonna use my skills to this game now

I Followed the guide by pfj511 and i used the release of jonhs22 and i noticed that in fact that is a newbie edition but it needs a little bit tweaking to make it realy newbie, so i edited the whole server and now its like 4 clicks 'n go server, only thing you have to do is copy one ini file in the ini folder of Eu Demons game directory and you are ready to play ;)

This release is using WAMP with mysql 4.0.x
There is a readme inside the server folder if you're lost somewhere ;)

for names etc its client problem look what client you use. as i said game has some bugs and for deer try to buy it from batch hather it works!

First post updated with some fixes by jonhs22, server is using xamp now with apache and mysql v 4.0.x for less bugs and compatibility, also i aded the register script ready to use, and finaly i riped the EO official website and you can use it even improve it with your own graphics, links etc, i edited the Register button to point on register php script so its nice, i hope you like this new release, enjoy and credits to jonhs22 for the fixes ;)

ok im lost here....i still cant connect to database with navicat...a lil help plz just ask me question and ill answer its just really annoying i even reinstalled windows thinkin i had something wrong but nope idk whats the deal so plz someone help :)

i was just wondering if you have to use the unpatched V1101 client, or can you use the fully patched V1110 client? iv tryed the V1110 client and everything goes good untill i try to login then the game just closes... so any opionions would be nice ty.

@koolo use v1101 and patch with pfj511 release, it works good for me and other people ;)

I also Can't connect to mysql database.. I tried many ways.. it couldn't, Please help me :) Also SQLyog can't connect too, not only navicat..

Mysql login is: root password is: test i dont'w understand why you can connect, make sure you run mysql first before trying to connect :)

you need to run mysql. sql arent run in your system. if yuou have an other vertion of mysql plz uninstall to fix this error. and try to run mysqld -nt/

there a problem connecting to database using navita
when i try to connect it get stuck not responding th e user is root the pass is test.
i think something erong with this files T_T

i have another problem, when i turn apache on it says access denied: OpenSCmanager failed. what can i do?

@Andy14195 for mysql, if the button show you red, you need to delete c:\windows\my.ini then run the mysqladmin file and enter root as username and test as password it will work, for apache i dunno it works nice here, look if you have another instance of apache running, and dont forget to download also the php fix i posted cause the one in wamp.rar is bugged ;)

All is cool but i dont see my cha name and my pets have some strange names. Probably its because i didnt add chinese language lol.
Any ideas how to make my charname visible ?
BTW i tryed to patch the game but after i did, the client broked...
Im using now a pure 1101 client dowloaded from EO official site and no other patch.

theres 2 problems you might have
1. you use old version of gameserver thats why you cant see names
2. you need to patch it correctly and with patches pfj511 provided

this server come with databases updates (Four Knight new edu release!! )

EDIT : Also none of the programs work they just either dissapear or not respond.

I downloaded the server files from here.
I used official eudemons client with no patch.
Now i had an idea to try with new domain client and i see the names is not a problem.
But...
After i patched with 4Edu patches all srewed up.
I think im gonna give up the idea to make a private server
Tu much options to make a server and noone have a full solution. Or some files missing, or the patches are bugged, or GRrrrrrr
I allready reinstall my windows 14 times in 3 days to have clean programs for good config, so im tyred...
I hope you guys gonna find a solution to create/test and share a good serv :)

I was looking at the server file you have it here. And I found few things I dont understand.
1) In gameserver config your id is root and everythign else is test.
2) In accserver config server ip was; SERVERIP = 5.157.130.137
other were 127.0.0.1. is your for online or to make it work?
3rd) Do i need to do anything with that diskw folder? i dont understand what is it lol. If not i will leave it there.

this link provide a ready to use server you just launch the shortcuts in c:\server and you are ready to go, if want to make it online change all ips to your wan ip and forward ports the ip you say you have not to change it you play local, only for online playing if you host ;)

No it doesnt work. iF i downlaod your file called server in my new folder. And click logo for the eo it says browser :D it doesnt work. And now I cant even open accserver it auto closes after 3sec or so.

Edit: Ok now somehow i got that to work now i can run those three accserver npc and other one. I also see groupname and Power as server. But now problem is acc id or pass :D I put root as acc id and test as pass and test for both but none of them worked. Any ideas? or is it because i got my favorite error of ODC when running accserver.

if you talk about account for login, look into wamp/www/md5/ there is a script to make account with md5 hash, just run the script make an account it will give you a query to run on mysql accounts db, paste the whole query for a new account or just get the md5 password and replace in mysql accounts table the password of one of the present ;)

pathfinder was translated long time ago and you get it from http://hendla.googlepages.com/MapDestination.dat my site replace it in ini folder and it will work :p

just download the latest version i posted, i repeat if you got problem with mysql then you must stop the instance you run and use mine, otherwise it will block, and when launching winmysqladmin.exe from shortcut if you see the red light on tasks then you close it, go to c:\windows, delete my.ini relaunch winmysqladmin.exe and it asks you for user/pass, put root for user, test for pass and its ok run server and all is working :)

in oem you need to put your ip or hamatchi ip
if also you want to make your own oem.ini to join your own server i suggest you to use 127.0.0.1
192.168.1.101--> this must be your internal ip like 127.0.0.1

jsut use hamatchi ip it will help you. downlaod hamatchi via google its free. and make you a static ip!

i use No-IP to make static IP when i did Ragnarok Online servers

What do you mean by information for equipments ?

to change the password you must do it in all ini files of server and my.ini and config_inc.php in wamp folder.

When I open the winmysqladmin.exe it closes right away. It doesn't show a red light, it's green, but it does say this:

It loads as that then just minimizes (process still up, but can't bring it back up)

well im here, sorry to not be present all the time as commandcom said its summer so a lot of beach and party's, as for ur problem now i don't know, im using jonhs22 release so my db is same with the fixes by jonhs22 like npc right coords and other, i hope in few days to have a fully translated database from chinese stuff, so more features will be available in next release, i can not promess a date, some guys have good files but don't share them and i understand that, so you have to wait :)

summer is important ! :p im so busy busy and when back from work im so dead cant mess with any files
maybe we should put there new server files up.... need to think first cuz we dont want flamewars coming after it....
as i heard cyber have been messing with them

I Followed the guide by pfj511 and i used the release of jonhs22 and i noticed that in fact that is a newbie edition but it needs a little bit tweaking to make it realy newbie, so i edited the whole server and now its like 4 clicks 'n go server, only thing you have to do is copy one ini file in the ini folder of Eu Demons game directory and you are ready to play ;)

This release is using WAMP with mysql 4.0.x
There is a readme inside the server folder if you're lost somewhere ;)

MyGm1.06tuo556.exe from the second server archive is virused. The server works without this file? If not upload it without virus.

there is no virus on the whole rar file, only packed exes, don't worry :P

Can I still play normal EO if I apply the patches?
What version is this for? Im using 1116
Can I use a MySQL version 5.0 and above?

some programms to make from developers need to make this to called broadcast. its action and behavior in developement some times. but also virus make broadcast too. this is the big deference from trojan horse ;p well many antivirus think to are viruses some programmsw to arent. in eo i get all staff and has 0 viruses inside only mistakes from developmers about ram. this is my answer in metafamelia.

Hi i have this server up and running, but having a problem even though ive done it before, the Eudemons hatch dead and the loyalty is always at 1 i can't seem to figure this out as it aint as easy as before any help?

(okay top one is fixed)

theres a problem when the pet goes over 84.99 star mark it loses star rank and so therefore loses more potency is there a way to keep the star rank going once it's over that 84.99? thank you

im bad on describing things but i can show you up how to change stuff in live(teamviewer, vnc, etc) if anyone have problems feel free to send me pm with your msn id(or yahoo that i do use only by need)

alls if you are smart enough then you go to c:\windows and find there mywamp.ini and edit it instead messing around in wamp dir :p

look in client in Data folder there is a Interface folder there is the error, repatch with pfj511 patches it should fix it

Im sorry bro, i changed msn's and everytime i tried talk with you for some reason msn would always close, im on msn a lot now :) but had some real bad news which i will explain too you, btw my father says hi juri :)

(back to topic) hmmm msg server seems to keep crashing and even though ive attempted to start over and deleted everything then redid it all, still it says account server has has failed to open, im unsure why everythings right including ports which was used before when it worked and i aint downloaded anything to obstruct this port :S lol anyways commandcom i'll talk with you i know you could help xD. This server is good. And there is not viruses in archive!

But for me more easy create normal version of Eudemons Server like phdev :D There is in 100 times easy than like this server :D
