Heya all, hate to be a newb, but would like to have some Anime recommendations. So far, I have watched:
Claymore
Clannad
Naruto - current
Bleach - current
Tenga Toppa Gurren Lagaan
Wa Boku ni koisheteru (can't spell it)
She is my Noble Master
Rosario + Vampire <-- Very good
Pokemon (seasons 1-3; rest are overkill)
I think that's it, maybe a couple more. I am into comedy anime, a bit of romance , action, parodies, and almost any fun anime :)

Death note indeed rocks,it's the best i've seen so far.
another good one is HxH.
I'd suggest you to see Blood+ (lots of romance and action)
One piece and samurai shamploo are nice too :)

EDIT: Personally I avoid Code Geass like the plague due to horrible, horrible, horrible clique and extremely sloppy second season so far.
I had hopes it might become something close to Death Note after season 1.
Sadly CG will leave you disappointed.

It's pretty good, but you have to pay attention from the beginning to understand the whole thing.
One Piece. it's nice, alot of comedy, action and cool characters! Sanji is cool. So One Piece should be to your liking.
Right,and one piece got lot of hot adventures with lots of action,it's also a really heart touching anime.
However it's a 353+ episodes atm and it keeps being released every monday.
I think you might like Code Geass
Definitely Death Note, best anime I've ever watched.
Other than that, Outlaw Star is a good one.

Eureka 7. Its a very good show, but need to watch all episodes to understand it all. Also can be slow a bit, but overall GOOOOOODDD :D Has some romance and lots of killing. But not like blood and gore and shit.

Code Geass, another vote for that one, saw S1, watching S2 now.
Hajime no Ippo is also good, if you are into Sports Anime, I'd also recommend:
- Hungry Heart - Wild Striker
- History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi
- Kaze no Stigma
- Full Metal Panic (I simply loved those episodes)
- Onegai Teacher
- Nanashi Eureka Seven
- Ikkitousen
- Macrosss Frontier
I got much more, I think my total of anime is around 2TB.
