Yes, it is possible - but you need a Hex Editor to edit your game.exe for each skill manually.

shag do you know where i can find the values, could you tell me the default value for destroyer for example, that is all i will need :P will figure the rest out myself.

it's PTP client and No, you have to change the value for each skill manually (that was just an example for Diastrophism skill)lower the value and the skill delay will be decreased (6A in in this case)

I just posted the same link in the aging thread, but it applies nicely here.
Currently 6A has a value of 106. Changing it to 5A would lower it to 90.

what here need changid for Shadow Master no hawe delay?
i assume it is 4C for shadow master, make it smaller, like 01 or 10 or 3B anything thats a hex value smaller :P experiment and make a backup, now you know theres nothing stoppin u really....

here, the value 58 is 100% regen, change the value where i have 58 u will have 87 i think, change it to 58. Must be 58 or another divisible number or pt will crash. But u dont need faster than that.

to find each dellay, its easy look in the hex window in hex workshop and the 3rd number value after the skill description eg 98 i have posted a picture above (Gzuz) the value that has an X (58) is the same place for each skill. Not hard to find at all.
