What did you do with the font???
Ahhhhh...

..Beside of the big mess with the font, its not really special. I wouldn't waste my time on reading it.
You should choose a other photo... This guy looks like he had to do this pose.
You need a big eyecatcher that the peoples that are running by gonna stop and look at it.

Bad font. Bad colors. Too much of the starter kind.
