Almost Complete - Error Need Help [SS included]

Hi there, sorry to bring up a question that may have been brought up before.
Server Spect: 1.5GB Ram, 2.8G P4, Raptor 36GB HD
Server is devoted to running this only, nothing else.

Problem:
No one can get to Character creation screen. When someone try to login they will get pass login screen then at server selection page all they get is
Bart-ect..... ping: 9999
and the process stop there

Server setup guideline was followed using the newly posted guidline from hicks (great job btw).

Client was patched just like the guide instructed also.

here is a few error that I seen only these 2 i think that's about it.

Please offer any advice if you ran into this sort of problem:
BTW I tried to set the .... value to 500 and use a smaller npcpos file too but same thign still exist, no one can log in.

Can you , yourself login ? from another computer or from the same one ?
To let other connect to your server, open up enterprise manager, goto l2db->tables then select server table right click all tasks->return all rows.
Make sure the inner ip is your local ip or lan ip and outer ip is your internet ip so player can connect to you.
Also in newauth\etc folder in the config file make sure devserver is set to your internet ip , not lan or local ip!

Yep both of those are as you said. No one can connect including myself.

One thing though is that I did not change any of the .sql ect to other thing i leave it as
default: sa/l2online

and that the login database login is going through windows login verification. I tried however could not figure out how to setup account to access the database other than using windows verification method not sure if that make any difference

Do you use your LAN IP or 127.0.0.1 ?

hmm i've got the same problem as you.

I use 127.0.0.1 for the inner IP and external IP for the main one as the server is sitting behind a network right now

yeh alot of people have this prob (bump)
