[Help] If anyone would be nice to help =)

Hey you all! How are you doing?!

Well anyways, to the point, Im using the [Tut] of http://forum.ragezone.com/showthread.php?t=300485 ([TUT] BR/Jan Server and Client Setup.) I'm able to get to Between Step 4 and 5. When ever i delete the EXE part in PE Explorer, Well i try to load it in PE Explorer and it fails to work saying this: "There is an Error opening this file. Would you like to remove it?"
WELL i read that you could drag and drop, so i did that. It loaded just fine. Then i get a few steps farther, and OMG ANOTHER ERROR! D=. After i click yes to resize the image thing, it gives me another error saying "Error: Can't create New Image File. The original file has been probably packed." The only thing for that is "ok." And it doesnt work. Any ideas?

ive never seen this. Id suggest that you have some sort of corrupt file and to delete everything then use a different tutorial.
