little problem

I converted CoInferal source to a MySQL one but i cant get it to run no matter what so can someone take a look at it...cause i tried it for 2 hours now and can't get it working

Source, DB backup included

/edit in the DB backup i gave change the flag to 8(made a stupid typo)

My source was never released as far as i know... it was a private server (literally)
