i tried to put a notice file for the launcher but when i write the ip adress and then the notice url or the localhost ip it wont do anything:/ the notice is not shown.
can someone help me?

try a custom launcher or write one youself ^^
As far I rememba, Vladis Repack was released with KA Launcher...
