Hey. if i were to install AoC on my laptop. would i beable to install it on my PC when i get it built?
I don't know anything about the game but.. why not?
its exactly the same as any other game, so it'll work fine the "cd-key" is used to create an account so you'll only be allowed to have one account
World of Warcraft only allowed one copy installed per PC. But all you had to do was rename the installpath regedit. The installer wouldn't recognize WoW being installed.
So, if i install it on my laptop, i should be able to run it on my PC when it gets built?
I don't see why not, you should be fine.
To simply the answer -
You can buy Age of Conan and install it on your laptop NOW
Take the same copy of Age of Conan and install it on your computer that's currently being built
uninstall \ install how many times you want over and over again on what ever PC you want,
but sometimes the INSTALLERS recognize the game as already installed, so to get past that you can edit the regedit installpath, IF you wish to have 2 or MORE installed copies on the SAME pc
when you install AoC you make your account with funcom online using your cdkey, i dont think you will have any problems pal
Alright. dm anyway, this laptop doesnt have a powerfull enogh gfx card. i hoped. But hoped failed :P I look on the brighter Side. I talked to my friend will tonight. and hes giving me a PCI wireless Card Free. :P 1 part down a bunch more to go,
I asked him if it was okay, he said it was. he offered me, and im on a tight budget, and itchin to play AoC like hell.
With all of the MMO's I've had, you can install it on as many computers as you want... but you need a CD key, which you generally get from buying the game, for each account that you want to have.
