[rel] HouseKeeping V1 Hablux V4, FlatFile [REl]

ok my computer got really jacked up when i deleted one of the acounts off of it i got errors, said it would have to be restroed so i had to do an early release of house keeping, there will be new features in V2, sorry if its not good lol, this was made for Hablux V.4

Is it compatible with all normal flat-file servers or MySQL servers or both or just Hablux?
Is it MySQL itself?
