what wrong section?
Log into your world database and go to the
table. Then create a new row with the spell ID you want to disable in the first column and ' 0 ' in the second column.Code:spell_disable
That should do it for you.
If that doesn't work then the only other way is to edit the dbc files. That can be hazardous. If you do happen to take those steps make sure to backup all data first.
