Well yes they will work... just be mindful of whether you have an AGP or PCI-E slot on your motherboard. Also GDDR3 and GDDR4 have no real difference in performance, it is the system and memory clocks as well as the amount of shaders which define how well it works.

Btw whats why i was asking about GDDR's coz GF is GDDR3 and Radeon GDDR4...

GDDR is the memory type. It is not any sort of input.
You have an AGP slot, you won't be able to use PCI-E Cards. It would be better to save up for a new PC.
