Ventrilo or TeamSpeak?

Which one is better and why?

i use both =/
i guess TS, as i know how to use that one more, as i have been using it for years

On topic: I preferred Ventrillo

This is not a debate, rather it belongs in hardware/software if anywhere. Moving it there.

Would also get more informative posts there too.

Ventrillo has better quality, but it is not free.

TeamSpeak is free, but not so good quality, also GUI is better IMHO.


I would choose TS.

Ventrilo, I find it is easier to pick up, and the 'action noises' are less irritating, I guess that's a matter of opinion, I do also find that ventrilo is better quality.

I like Ventrilo.

Also I find setting up a ventrilo server really easy on a linux server.

I dont like vent, idc better quality. VENT HAS REALLY ANNOYING ECHO >;[

Teamspeak is easier to setup, in my opinion, but Ventrilo is a bit more gamer-friendly, for the experienced computer user.
