Hm... Why do you use paypal, and not a debit card?
Cause you got lucky and they have you one :P i can only get a cash card which is differnt.

You can get a debit card with natwest from the age of 11 I believe.
Also I believe that a 'cash card' is a Debit card. Withdraws money directly from your bank account, unlike a credit card.

No, there shouldnt be. Newegg says my funds arent enough to cover the purchase when they clearly are =/
Well, try putting another $5 in there and see what happens.
Done, i put another 10$ in there yesterday. it should be in there on the 17th due to paypal buissness days.
