Just got word from my best mate about 10mins ago, I'm finally starting my Life Guards course! ^_^l. I gotta be at his place for 5ish today as I'm starting today as well lol.
Boy the amount of pissing about I've had to go through to get this to happen is unreal, because nobody seemed to take the course so it's been like searching for gold dust. The great thing about all this is I'm also doing it for free so it saves me having to pay over 200+ quid haha :P

Yeah about 4 almost 5 bloody months lol. Even my college couldn't help me out which is laughable in its self, but I guess you can't expect them to hold every course. Doing nowt for a while now though hasn't half majorly stressed me out, I can feel human again lol =p.Quote:

I was thinking of doing that as well, but I just got senior first aid instead, I'll have to do it sometime anyway because I want to join the police force.
It's a pretty vital qualification, (well depending on the careea area's your wanting to get in to) I've got several sports science qualifications but its just amazing how useless they are really without the life guards qualification. But once I get it, (and I know I will! :P lol) I should have the complete package so to speak lol.Quote:

Thanks all the love and support :P lol. This will be my first step in to the Leisure & Fitness industry which is what its all about really, getting my foot on the ladder. Ultimately though I'd love to move to the coast some time down the line to be a Life Guard. Sounds like a cool idea to me anyways :P.
