He need to portforward her modem to open port.
Uh Dev I don't have a router or enything.
you will your friend to have the same hexed client as you and the sclientinfo.xml ip in their data folder must that of your wan ip (www.ipchicken.com)
Make sure your firewall allows connections through the ports, and as well if your modem has a hardware NAT make sure you port forward those ports as well.
Then you need to make GRF file and make Client/hexed use diff or you can download hexed have been diff
