Are there any NPCs out there that can raise a certain skill? Like make swords skill 350 instantly. Also professions might be cool too...Like enchanting to 350 instantly.

But answer on your question:
You have to make that in C++, there is no way you can do that just putting a NPC in your database.
I like how the only time someone responds is when i point out something that is true. I have had multiple posts like this where no one EVER responds (yes i searched first).
If you don't like our work. Then go to an other. We try as hard as we can. And we don't always have the time to help. And either everybody knows every answer on every question. And i'm not responding cus you bumbed the topic with a message like that. Only 'cus i see the topic for the firsttime.
