[VB] Picture Viewer

Heres something i made today its a picture viewer try it out and tell me if you like it thanks

Hmm. Are you trying to make a image editor or what ? o.O

Btw, it cant view pics with higher res than ur screen, then it cuts some of it out.

Im uploading new file now
updates are you can choose different types of borders
different color borders
and a remove border bottom

thats whats the up and down button is for it makes screen bigger
