[Q] Game master flag

I have tried to search for something like this but cant found anything so here I go.
How can I make a Game Master flag? I have seen them on some servers the gamemaster have a flag on he's back that says for example "GM" I wonder how i can make a flag or where i can download a ready texture etc that i may can change in a GTX program

lol search the action for flags i think its (Action 1 1) - (Action 1 6) after this make a new gb with hex editor and a new gtx

and please dont ask how to make new gb's search in guides
