Now you might think this is totally crap for a Motor but technically that is moped, meaning we dutchies can drive it at the age of 16 (We aren't allowed to drive cars till we're 18)

Here over in France we are allowed to drive a moped at 14 which is a bit stupid really because at 14 you ain't exactly mature.
