[crash holo] holo crash by a simple \ in chat [holo crash]

hello i
got hollo rev 48 just fresh installed
i was away from pc
when i noticed al things in server where red
and this is caused becouse \
if u don't understand me plz go try on ur own holo
typ \ in a room press enter
and look to server
he cant instert it in system_stafflogs
my holo got in to a loop of this and wont lood catagories any more if its in the \ loop it just dont crash with close or runtime error server still respont but hotel is then slow cant enter rooms where ur figure is is now Null :S
dear coders who understand C# how we fix

try this with 5 or more users and it get into a loop

Have you tried re-installing/re-compiling or doing it on another PC? + Wrong section.

no its server problem i tryed on my laptop server can't store \ in chatlogs if utyp that and u search in chatlog its not placed Habboahotel sent private message i think i know u

i fixed it problem was chatlog i removed the db query for chatlogs now i dont have chatlogs but i got a server that is 10% faster XD and now crash

Ok, first off, make sure you have the MySQL OBDC connector working.
Next, right click on holograph emulator (the .exe), select properties.
Now select compatibility, and select from the drop-down list Microsoft XP (service Pack 2), now you should be able to run programs that were specificially made for XP.

IF he didn't have the connector working he wouldn't even have the server running. Also I don't know what to say about his problem, and the compability 'trick' I can't really comment since I'm not a Holo user.
