It would be better if you could code it, or instead of giving us the entire layout, post the cut up pieces of the images so we can use them in HTML while we make it.
I really think showing us the layout without any structure to add text or images to it is pointless.

Old layout, the only thing changed was the banner.
I like the banner,needs titles and what not but then you ruined the whole banner when you wrote on it,it makes it harder to edit when you write all over it.
