Read the rules, if you see lots of packs then why are you releasing. They are already alt packs

But the reason they not where allowed for was viruses.
So as long yyou only post Alt-Pack without programs/.exe i kinda find it okay.
I dont see the problem with Alt Packs.
Downloading a Alt-Pack woudnt be a risc for me.
