Root Server, okay for KalOnline?

hello i' will pay a root server for my server, i've one question is this root server okay for my server or is he to bad?

root server:

- AMD Athlon 64 X2 3400+,
DualCore 64 Bit

- 1.024 MB DDR2-RAM

- 1x 160 GB SATA-HDD

Where is connection speed?

you have a little scop if you want to make with this ROOT-Server a KalOnline server.

On the root server should run the kal server and a teamspeak server.
the homepage should run on funpic.de & root.

well, the root should be ok for a KalOnline Server

any body there ? i want to make new kalonline server and i dont know how ? i downloaded all programs for it but it didnt work with me if some one here may answer me pls
