dont get u o.o XD just use ur ip (http://www.whatismyip.org/) or 127.0.0.1 for do stuff in only your own pc o.o

What i ment to say was is it my Static IP i use to make my server Playable on for other people? Or is it my External IP?
you have to use your wan IP or an Static IP like in Hamachi.
But you have to use an ip which is reachable for your users.

There you can get your wan ip.
