My auras is messed up. It says can't find file effect\aurafloat.tga and auraring.bmp

I have this problem:
Whenever i log in with my GM char, it says:
"Can't find file effect\aurafloat.tga"

and

"Can't find file effect\auraring.bmp)

Ive searched this forum and alot of other forums for a sullotion.
And the only answer i find is that im supposed to go inside my data folder and into the effect folder and put an aura in there.

But the thing is that it doesent seem that my client loads from the data folder since i had to download one cause i didnt have one....

So, anyone knows how to solve this?

Oh, and if someone knows how to make custom items, and where to put them,
I would like to know that too!

Is your client diff patched to look for a custom aura?
That could be why it wont read your aura. Just going off my head from when i used to run ImortelRealm. Could also be a fault in the sprite files, if they have been put in the wrong place.

As for custom items, eAthena has a great guide. Me, and one of my old Game masters successfully made two awesomely shit looking sprites, but that's not the point :)

-SPR Conview: Click
-ActOR: Click
-Head reference: Click
-Example ACT: .... find one from the same type of custom item you are making.
