Hi,
how can i make the start point for every race the same ?
for example i want all the characters start in Shattrath how do i do it ?
and how can i make them not red flagged so they dont pvp ?
also i want to know how i can make them understand eachother ( horde & allience )
and how can i make a horde priest trainer neutral so allience also can use them and horde can use an allience trainer/vendor?

I can answer some
1) the trainer thing .mod faction 1741 then .mod flags 3
2)In Shattrath you cant PVP...
3)To make horde and alliance talk depends on your core
4)Just compile a GlobalNPC.dll

i want them to start at my custom made starting area :)
If I'm not mistaken you can boot up your favorite database app I use MySql Front and open the table "playercreateinfo" located in the "world" database or what yours is called. In there are some fields named "mapid" "zoneid" "positionx" "positiony" "positionz" (see picture) these are what determine what and where you start when you log in the first time... now to get the info you need to plug in go to the spot you want people to log in at when they start and use the ".gps" command which gives you the info (see picture).
