Everytime I try to Run any exe that is related to this Ascent Emulator it pops up with this error.

Ok, I Fixed that problem but now I get this error when I start the ascent-wow.exe
Where do I get or find out what those missing files are?

i had a similar problem when i never had Net framework 3.5 installed could this be the case for you?
there is a DBC tool you need to extract the DBC files

I extracted the files...

Ok... I just Fixed that too.. But now I have another problem lol...

try another dbc files??
Cul ur problem is ur dbc is wrong delete ur old dbc folder and copy a new one.
Try to use lastest wow client 2.4.2. Then use dbc extractor to extract it. Dont use normal mpq extractor since u may miss some patch mpq file and dbc output is wrong too. I had the problem like u before good luck.
